Albertine Music respects the rights of artists, songwriters, labels and other rights holders. This page explains how we handle music on the website and how you can ask us to remove content.

1. Content on Albertine Music

Albertine Music showcases songs, mixes and official videos that we believe are published with permission. Every artist or rights holder can ask us to remove their work at any time — no legal process is required. We take removal requests seriously and act on them promptly, usually within 7 days.

2. How to request removal

Send an email to albertinemusic256@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright Removal Request” and include:

The song title and artist name (required)
A link to the song on our website, if you have one
Your name and your relationship to the music (artist, label, manager, owner)
A statement that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder

3. What happens next

We confirm receipt of your request, usually within 2 business days.
We remove the content as quickly as possible, usually within 7 days.
We keep a record of removal requests to prevent the content from being re-uploaded.

4. Repeat infringers

Content that is repeatedly subject to valid removal requests is not re-uploaded, and we may block accounts or sources that repeatedly provide unauthorised material.
